This 15 minute exercise is excellent. In just over 6 months of weekly exercising I’ve lost 40 pounds, my pants have gone from a tight 36 to a loose 32 waist and I feel stronger and the muscle tone feels more like what it did in my 30’s. My body is the shape it was in my 20’s. (I’m 55) . I have never been one to workout on a regular basis. The time commitment always seemed onerous. I would rather do physical work. So the idea of taking less than an hour out of my week was more appealing. Doing the workout really got me moving again. When I was young I was active but with twins in my forties and a busy professional career, my body was aching and getting weak. I initially came to the workout mostly to get fit and tone up my body. I was concerned about bone density as I had been told that I was in the risk category and osteoporosis was a problem for my mother. After training 6 months I went to my doctor and was told that my bone density was that of a healthy 30 year old!
The workout has so many health benefits that go beyond looking and feeling great. I am relieved to know that I can control my bone density through exercise and not have to use the drugs approach.
