Teresa McRae – Regained healthy bone density in 6 months training.
I initially came to the workout mostly to get fit and tone up my body. I was concerned about bone density as I had been told that I was in the risk category and osteoporosis was a problem for my mother. After training 6 months I went to my doctor and was told that my bone density was that of a healthy 30 year old!
The workout has so many health benefits that go beyond looking and feeling great. I am relieved to know that I can control my bone density through exercise and not have to use the drugs approach.
